2017 is expecting 670,000 Chinese overseas students to return to China for their career development. It averagely takes more than 1 month for 60% overseas talents to find a job, which mean over 400,000 overseas talents need more than a month to get hired. Most talents start to get inpatient after a whole month of job seeking, so they will take the offers that are less satisfying than their original objectives, which makes them leave the position sooner than usual.
